Parent Coaching.

As a mom of three kids - one in elementary, one in middle, and one in high school - I have been through the sleepless nights, the trying toddler years, and the middle and high school years.

Every age and stage is both beautiful and hard. And sometimes it’s really hard. On an emotional level, I get that it’s sometimes challenging. I have been there; I am there.

I offer a safe space to discuss your parenting challenges, personal struggles, and self-care.

What can you gain from parent coaching?

  • An understanding of what is “normal” and what may not be typical for each developmental stage and age

  • Simple and proven techniques to help calm your child when they are upset that also enable you to deepen your connection with them

  • Learn how to talk to your kids about current events, life changes, sexual identity, and gender identity.

  • Learn how to build an emotional connection with your kids, even tweens and teens, so they will want to talk with you

  • Boundary setting support with the morning routine, bedtime battles, and other transition times

  • Guide you through supporting your child with relational conflict, whether peer or sibling

  • A safe place to take care of yourself. I see you as a parent. This work is hard. There is no guide for how to “do it right.” You are doing a good enough job!
